A bit about my classes:
I'm all about Balance...
Mentally
This day and age we are overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated and tired and that's just on a good day.
My aim is to lessen all this and provide you a new easier way of dealing with the headstuff and finding a bit of inner calm.
Physically...
Along with all the work on the headspace, we are going to build your strength, soothe those niggling aches and pains plus get your balance back on track.
No high-intensity moves
No heavy focus on the martial arts aspect
No requirement to memorize complicated sequences
No spandex (unless that's what you're into)
Let me know if you're keen to book your spot. Or want to know more.
Thank you again for all your support from this year!
Cheers
Lee

Paralysed by denial, now living free
I didn’t think I had a problem with food. I just needed to get my life together. I was a recent college graduate and uncertain about my future. Once I made my dreams come true and conquered my segment of society, I’d be fine. Food didn’t have anything to do with it. All it did was steal away the mental energy I should have been using to find a new job and memorise important information.
