Please help to identify the person.

Eddie from Woolston

(Final update on 03/09/18 for everyone who read this post and tried to help, and also to anyone who falls victim of theft as an encouragement to pursue for justice which could serve as a deterrent to crimes. Two people were involved in this theft, one female pleaded guilty of using my credit card and was sentenced accordingly last year, her brother was charged with the stealing of my bag and pleaded not guilty which was the reason it took so long to get a closure. The court hearing for the brother was set for 31/08/18, he pleaded guilty in the last minute before the hearing, and has been sentenced to100 hours community service, 9 months supervision and make reparation for the stolen items. The photos from the petrol station and also the stadium were very helpful. )

Hello,
My backpack was stolen on Sunday afternoon from a chair by the pool in Pioneer Stadium, and my credit card inside was used by the person in the attached photos to make 6 purchases at 4 petrol stations, Mobil Sydenham, Z in Brougham St, BP 2Go Bromley, and BP Connect in Dallington. The $46 purchase on the photo was made by her. The $108 was made by another person before she approached the counter, not with my credit card. The purchases were made possible by PayWave.

If you know her personally, please ask her to contact the police and return my stuff.

Thank you very much indeed for your time.

(Note added on 30 Oct. Within 2 weeks numerous replies were posted, with potential clues, and neighbourly good wishes, empathy and indignation. Some didn't mince their words for the disgust they felt about the criminal acts, and subsequently some pointed that out as personal attacks and asked me to close or withdraw the post if the thief has been caught. Up to this time, I got this person's full name and DOB which was passed onto the police, final outcome is in the pipeline, it's not quite the time to close or withdraw this post yet. I want to thank everyone for their contributions and this website for being the platform to solve important issues and for the neighbourly gossips to evolve and become more civilised discussions.)

Some New Zealanders are re-imagining funerals by making their own coffin or having a relaxed ceremony at home. Would you want a less traditional funeral? Share your thoughts below.
