Does anybody have any suggestions for upgrading your immunity system to counteract the virus? My immune system is the absolute pits .I am drinking two very strong green teas per day. As well I am missing some meals and replacing them with either malt, molasses or honey, swallowing them down after afterwoods by a mixture of vitasoy soy milk and kefir. I also take hemp seed oil tablets, spirulina drinks and restrict alcohol. Most importantly I mix aged Kombucha tea with my meals as an addditive - kombucha tea which has been left to mature, aged for over 3 months, is a good food additive. If anybody else has any other suggestions please let me know. Thanks.
