PARKING IN DISABLED CARPARKS

Judy from Spreydon

MY PET HATE! - this car was parked in a disabled carpark in Barrington Mall outside FRESH CHOICE at 5.30pm Sunday. Not only was it illegally parked, it was straddled over two parks. To me this is ignorant and arrogant. All the other disabled parks were full at the time.
