Last week I posted my first video on Facebook at @DaniRiusCoach. There I introduce myself in a 5 minute snapshot of what I do and why. I ask for participation so I can respond to questions of interest to viewers related to my areas of expertise, such as excellence in customer services and increasing our personal resilience.
