Christchurch's beer academy is spreading the word of good beer-making through expert classes with some of New Zealand's top brewers.
Brew Academy was launched in July 2019 by former plumber Granville Denton, 43, but he struggled to get it off the ground at first – a problem exacerbated when the Covid-19 pandemic hit early last year.
