Hi, we are looking for a mature (35+), tidy and considerate female, non-smoking, to rent a good sized room with in-build wardrobe in a lovely, modern, sunny, spacious three story house in St Davids St in Lyttelton. The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and two lounge spaces.. Bathroom and kitchen are modern and spacious. It has extensive decks, vege garden, fruit trees and great views. The cost is $150 plus $20 for power, unlimited internet and gas per week. You will be sharing the house with three females, 44, 61 and 20 years old.
