We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping so this is to help with your sleep health!
Jump onto your cellphones app store and download "SnoreLabs" - that I have no relationship with this app.
This app measures how loud or quietly you sleep - Use this app for two nights.
If you are concerned with your results or if you'd like to understand your findings more, get in touch and I can go through your results with no obligation.

Pedestrian access from one of Christchurch’s favourite streets is being extended all the way to the Ōtakaro Avon River. This new 12m-wide pathway will give you a direct, easy route from the street to the river promenade ... perfect for a stroll, a coffee run, or just soaking up the riverside vibes.
