Papanui High School Art class for Term 4
Papanui High School is offering a selection of Art classes for Term 4. Art and Mixed Media, Art using Pastels and Charcoal, Learning how to Draw to Benefit Your Brain which will teach you skills to improve your visual perception and Life Drawing that focuses on the study of the human figure using live models. All of these courses begin week of 21 October and run for 6 weeks between 7-9 pm.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
