Village Bryndwr Pop-Up Market this Saturday
The Village Church Community Centre's Market is held in our new building cnr Ilam & Aorangi Rds first Saturdays of the month 9.30am-11.30am. This is run in conjunction with our weekly Clothing Shop. Quality household items, baking, retro & bits & pieces plus our wonderful barista-made koha coffee. Donations of good quality items are always welcome contact our office: 351-6664 for pickups or just drop them by in the mornings!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
