Free Topsoil
Hi There.
I have recently removed a very large planter and have a big pile of soil(topsoil/planters) free for pickup in Spreydon. I want this gone asap. Its good quality soil with some organics. Its a mix of natural soil from site and purchased topsoil from Garden Box. I could potentially have 2 cubic metres here.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?
