Storage space needed – can you help?
Our Cashmere Rotary Club is looking for somewhere to store some - or all- of the 2000 empty banana boxes we use for our Bookarama sale. This would be for a year once the sale finishes at the end of November. The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
