Tsunami Siren testing

This Sunday the clocks are going forward an hour. This means it's time to test tsunami sirens in Christchurch along the coast from Brooklands to Taylor's Mistake. Tsunami sirens will sound at 11am Sunday 24 September for approximately three minutes.
Remember, this is a test - no need to evacuate!

My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
