Election Placards removal - Criminal offense

Hi All
Just a heads up - Removal of an Election sign was removed off a rental property fence and caused damage to the fence. Which now becomes the problem of the renter. The car speed off was a Silver 4 Wheel drive. The sign was Winston Peters - Which had no significance to the renter. If you know who did this... There is a huge fine and pls report the offender to the Police. It is offensive.

My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
