These sessions are a little more than yoga – together, we explore gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation, self-reflection, and simple exercises to support mobility, blood flow, and lymphatic health. It’s a space to slow down, tune in, and care for your whole self.

Addiction is an illness that does not discriminate, and being an addictive eater has nothing to do with being good or bad.
