STOLEN VAN

Derek from Beckenham

STOLEN VAN
Last night (25/02) someone stole our beloved windsurfing / camper van from Ford Road, Opawa, Christchurch. It’s a pretty distinctive vehicle with an extra wide roof rack, roof box and kayak holders. Also has halogen headlight bulbs which give a blueish tint.
Please let me know if you see it anywhere.

1998 Nissan Caravan
Silver / beige
CZZ757
Former Price Brothers Builders signage still visible on rear
Blue painted interior, with velcro around windows
Side door on drivers side has a dent in the bottom left
NZMCA Sticker on bottom right of passenger side. Member number: 67266 on display

Say goodbye to tyre waste

Tyrewise

About 40% of the 6.5 million tyres Kiwis use every year are recycled, repurposed, or used as tyre-derived fuel. But the rest end up in landfills, stockpiled or dumped.

The good news is now there’s an easy solution to all that tyre waste. It’s called Tyrewise and is New Zealand’s first national tyre recycling scheme.

Tyrewise ensures that tyres in Aotearoa New Zealand are recycled or repurposed properly, saving millions from going to the landfill.

Find out more about the scheme online.
