Get ready - it's BOXFIT TUESDAY time! πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š



You know you love it - it's the return of Boxfit Tabata! 12-minute rounds of fast, fierce boxing fun as well as legs, cardio and a side of abs πŸ˜† Come prepared to give it heaps in a full-body cardio and conditioning blitz.

Boxfit Tuesday, like all our classes, is just $2. Gloves and pads provided but please feel free to bring your own! First come first served so do come early. Kids are very welcome - snacks and toys available for their amusement as well as the company of a crazy, gorgeous bunch of little 'regulars' :D

All ages, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome at Fitclub at the Hub. We're in Room 4 at the Hub, 39 Nursery Rd.
Four sessions per week:
Tuesday - Boxfit with Carly
Wednesday - ZUMBA!! with guest instructor Lisa Clarke
Thursday - Varied HIIT/cardio/circuit and more with Rachel
Saturday - 'Sweaty Saturday' high-intensity session with Tash

My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
