Our discussion about busses a couple of weeks ago prompted an interesting email from someone who revealed she hasn't been into the CBD since the earthquakes. I don't think she's alone, but I'd be interested to know how many people are in the same boat.
Have you stayed away from the central city, either deliberately or because the transport isn't there? Why? Do you know someone who has chosen or hasn't been able to visit?

As for the innocent animals that have had their water supply altered by human intervention & shelter belts removed (aka inhumanity), I hope they survive... :(

Pine corner unit. Great storage, holds HEAPS of CDs, DVDs and even old-school VHS tapes! Could take a big fish tank if tv's aren't your thing. In good nick, just a few bumps and scratches.
