Starting a conversation. What on earth is the matter with NZ Post. Ordered a DVD from Aust. on May 1st, was despatched May 2nd, tracked, arrived in NZ two days later and still waiting for NZ Post to deliver. Not the first time, nor the last probably to put up with this abysmal service. Past experience with NZ Post has not been good either. Took 11 days for a birthday gift to go from ChCh to Wellington missing the all important birthday. What are your experiences and should we have to put up with this terrible service.
