9.35am: Surface flooding is starting to cause some road closures. Parts of Bellbrook Cres, Emmett St and Orcades St, in Shirley, are closed due to flooding. Flooding is also starting to cause issues on McFaddens Rd, Edgeware Rd, and Weston Rd.
Residents who are concerned by flooding in their area should contact the Council contact centre on 0800 800 169.
