Soft plastics
Around 45 tonnes of soft plastics end up at Christchurch's EcoSort recycling plant each month because people mistakenly believe they will be recycled.
Please put your soft plastics in the red bin. Soft plastics are any plastics that can be easily scrunched or bend in your hand like plastic bags, cling film, courier bags, bubble wrap and cellophane.
