The house is close to the riccarton shops, Church Corner, Hornby , Wigram residential, industrial area and the University of Canterbury. Rent is 145$(single ) or 210 (couples ) + expenses. Expenses are Power, Internet-Wifi(FibreXtra fast,unlimited) and Gas (hotwater). Amenities provided Blue RAY PLAYER and Smart TV ,Neon TV, dish washing machine , washing machine.
