Motorway cycling and walking

Kate from Belfast

Has anyone else felt particularly unsafe or on edge walking/cycling along the motorway cycling and walking lanes. I used to walk this frequently a couple of months ago, but I was put off by a stocky guy on his bike slowing down near me and saying "hi beautiful" and looking back continuously at me as he cycled off. I didn't walk this track again after that until yesterday, where i saw him again and he said "geez you're gorgeous". I guess this may seem trivial but as a female walking alone I do feel more vulnerable....
