Sports Photographer
Hornby Netball Club would be interested in talking to anyone that is relatively savy with a camera and would be keen to take some photos of our netball teams on a Saturday at Hagley Netnball Courts. This year we are hoping to find someone that will come to the courts where we play and take out club team photo's. It could be any time on a Saturday from 8:15 (our very young FF teams and U12 team that play at this time) through to 2:30pm to have any of our age grade teams have their picts taken before they play at 3:05pm. I would know in advance the game times of all our other teams so over about 3-4 Saturdays we could potentially have all teams photo's taken. Hagley Park is looking really lovely with their trees and all the leaves on the ground and we would like something a little different this year for our club pic's. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
