Little cottage for rent
Know anyone needing a cute little rental cottage in Soleares Ave, McCormacks Bay?
Fully self contained, double bedroom, separate bathroom. North facing, sun drenched private garden. The cottage is on the same property as our family home, separate outlook, parking and access. Suit a single person or couple, short – medium term.
Tenants must love dogs – we have a German Shorthair Pointer who is young, boisterous and need to be told to go away when he visits too often. He’s also a bit sneaky. So, sorry no other pets.
Furnished, and rent includes power and internet, all for $230/week. We’ve kept the rent low because of the needy dog … Contact me. References required.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
