Mainland Big Band at the Cashmere Club
Are you tired of spending every Saturday night at home and feel that there is nothing out there for the Baby Boomers? then you would be wrong!
The Mainland Big Band will be playing again in the Sports Hall at the Cashmere Club on Saturday 2nd March (this Saturday). This is a large 16+ piece band featuring saxophones, trumpets, trombones, flute and vocals, supported by a 4-person rhythm section. The Band has a wide repertoire of music from Big Band and jazz standards, show tunes, 50’s rock’n’roll, 60’s and 70’s pop and rock, 80’s disco and into the new millennium. If you want to relive the music of your youth or would simply enjoy music that is designed to get the feet tapping and dancing then come and join the crowd! Response to regifting presents
My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
