I'm proud to announce the inaugural running of the 4 Paws Marathon in September 2019. This event has been created by myself with the support of my family. The 4 Paws is a walking/running event for people who love exercising with their dog. The aim is to promote exercise as medicine whilst honoring our best friend and ally in exercise - the humble dog.
