We have called the council dog control 10+ times and filled out countless dog barking forms and also had devices laid to record the barking. The last device apparently failed but we have also provided recordings of our own to the council. I know other people in the area will also be fed up with the barking. Please please please if it is bothering you ring the council. It's not the dogs fault I know that and it never gets walked so is bored but I am at the end of my rope being woken up by it and not being able to enjoy being outside without the constant barking. We have tried talking to the owners but they just moved the dog to the back yard which in some ways is now worse. This has been going on for over 9 months now
