If you have an employment problem and want to talk to someone for FREE, we have:

- A specialist employment lawyer
- Bookings are required and are held via Zoom on Wednesday evenings
- We will send you an email with the link to the zoom, you don’t need to be tech savvy

To book an appointment email clinics.chch@cab.org.nz . Please include your name, phone number, company name, a brief outline of the problem and attach a copy of your contract if you can.

There is also lots of advice on our website, see the link under 'Read More' and you can search for 'bullying' or 'personal grievance' and the government has an Employment Helpline on 0800 20 90 20.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
