Groynes boat hire businessman Phil Hanrahan was pleased with the green light received at the meeting of Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Board Recess Committee.
The first meeting of the Community board is scheduled for 29 Jan, but the Recess Committee met on 15 Jan to discuss and decide on this matter.
