In particular the things we choose to eat and that we offer each other to eat, lie at the root of the problem. Do you want to give your neighbour or friend a gift of food? What do you give them? Almost always something sweet. Something that contributes to bad health.
The illustration shows how we feed the roots of our obesity and ill health every day. Then we want the doctor to cure us. The solution is in your own hands. We need to think differently about our food.
