Now if you’re not sure what this is, then let me explain. It’s basically a food safety certificate for people who are in the food business. The food safety legislation changed, which means that everyone, no matter how big or small your business is, or even if you bake cakes from your home kitchen, you must by law have a Food Control Plan and have it Registered. If you’re already setup as a food business but still don’t have a Food Control Plan, then next due date to be registered with your local council is the end of June. So, you still have time! If you go over that date, then you will be breaking the law and nobody can afford to do that in any business. If you need my help, advice or just want to talk over your business, please PM or call me. I’m also offering a free pre-audit to those that are unsure if they need to be registered. Total cost for Creating, Implement and Registering your Food Control Plan with discount is $695. 00 + GST. Hope this weather gets better. It really is miserable.

It was made from a pair of jeans from an op shop. "All of my gardening clothes come from op shops," she says. "Large men's shirts make good cover-ups to keep sun and insects off my arms. For the apron, start with a smaller size than you would wear so it doesn't wrap around too far. Check that it has a lot of pockets." So tell us if you've got similarly fashionable, exclusive-for-the-garden glad rags, and if yes, why not post a photo in the Reply space too!
