Fitclub at the Hub provides kid-friendly group fitness for mums and everyone who wants to get fit in a friendly, social environment. Supported and supervised by a qualified Personal Trainer. Boxfit, Zumba and more five days per week. Just $2. Also in Room 8!
Youth Olympic Wrestling under the guidance of a skilled coach - safe and lots of fun! Wednesdays and Fridays 4:30-5:30 in Room 4. Contact Tristan 021 661 040.
Sit & Be Fit is gentle safe exercise for older adults, promoting heart health, balance and flexibility. Room 1 every Thursday 10-11:30 with Janet.

Table only. Is extendable to a 6 seater. Needs a bit of a tidy up but nothing wrong with it. 140 cm long by 88 cm wide. 74 cm height. It is 182 at full extension. Must be picked up, from Pine Ave.

Overeaters Anonymous is a twelve-step programme for men and women who support each other in solving their common problem of compulsive eating including anorexia, bulimia, obesity and overeating. Meetings 7:30pm Tuesday in Room 10 @ the Hub.

The Linwood-Heathcote-Central Community Board will consider a staff recommendation that the design be approved and work start on the next phase of the project.
The planned development features an easily accessible complex that has been fully integrated with the popular Linwood Park, offering a range of indoor and outdoor recreational activities.
The concept design includes a multi-use 25-metre lane pool boasting a deep-water area with a dedicated area for “bombing”, a family spa pool, learn to swim pool, and a pool for toddlers and water deck.
Community meeting rooms and a kitchen are included in the design. The outdoor community space includes a gathering area, picnic tables, tennis and multi-use courts, cycle stands, parking and plenty of open areas for all ages to enjoy.
