Councils target invasive aquatic weed
If you're out walking your dog at the Groynes this week, be aware Environment Canterbury is working in the area to help control an aquatic weed.
The herbicide being used is harmless to fish and plant life, but dogs should be kept out of the fishing lakes and the Otukaikino Stream. Signs are being installed at the main entrances of the reserve.
