NZCLW seeks to bridge the cultural and linguistic knowledge gap between China and New Zealand by delivering fun and practical initiatives that assist Kiwis to learn Chinese. New Zealand Chinese Language Week 2023 is on from 17 September to 23 September.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Christchurch Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the two males pictured.

Police would like to speak to these two males in relation to an incident that occurred on Wainoni Road on 31 October.
