A little bit about me...
Hi, my name is GARRY CLARK of, BROWNS BAY, AUCKLAND. I'm retired and run a large group of seniors who play UKULELES and SING POPULAR SONGS of the 60's to 80's. The group is supplimented with a bass, recorders, percussion and guitars. The group caters for all levels of Ukulele players from absolute beginners. We meet every Wednesday afternoon 1.00 - 2.30 during the school terms, in a hall in Browns Bay. On the last Wednesday of a term we put on a free concert for all. Besides new musical players and even singers, I'm looking for Video, Sound and general help for my sessions and concerts. My contact details are on a poster at the Browns Bay Library entrance. The groups aim is to have fun, fellowship and to maybe fantasize!!! UKULELE WEDNESDAYS aka UFO's (UKULELE FINE ORCHESTRA and SINGERS)
Poll: Would you want an unconventional funeral?
Funerals can cost as much as $22,000 and the planning can be stressful especially at a time when loved ones are grieving. Some New Zealanders are re-imagining funerals by making their own coffin or having a relaxed ceremony at home. Would you want a less traditional funeral? Share your thoughts below.
