Acacia Cove
Living a healthy life as one gets older isn’t always an easy task. Accessibility and transport can play a major role in getting the care you need. At Acacia Cove Village we do our utmost to tend to all the needs of our residents. Not only do we promote an active lifestyle, but we also support our Residents in getting the care they need.
We have a doctor coming out to our village once a week should you need to see him. There is a nurse available 27/7 and even a podiatrist comes to visit regularly. Should you need to go for a special doctor’s appointment we have our very own volunteer drivers who will be happy to take you where you need to go. If Acacia sounds like the village for you, please visit our website to find out more.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
