This Saturday and Sunday Balance for life will be „ live“ at Meadowbank centre for the Local Market weekend - 19th and 20th of September.
I will be there to chat and to do kinesiology muscle testing , Short reiki and foot reflexology sessions.

Yes, you read that right, we are open on New Year’s Eve, Wednesday 31st December 2025. And New Year’s Day Thursday 1st January 2026at our normal trading hours of 9am to 5pm.
