Keeping COVID-safe

Seven Stars Kindergarten

Over the past months as we have all battled with the many and varied impacts of COVID-19, regular and effective hand-washing has become an even more critical part of the daily routine for our kaiako and our children. For some time now it is how we get each child to start their day. None of them ever forget - they know it's just what they do!
Evvy takes the whole business particularly seriously and is a good role model for all of us - whether we are at childcare or kindy or anywhere! Good on you Evvy! Ka pai to mahi!
Read more about how we try to do our best to keep COVID-safe below.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
