Hi everyone.

I'm a LBP builder with 20+ years experience in NewZealand construction.
I can do finishing line's, windows and doors installation , cladding, wall frames, subfloor structure, decks, timber private screen, timber stairs, site set out, internal wall set out. Read plans and documents for project, communicate with inspector, engineer, architect with other subbies to make project flow smoothly.

Can work base on fixed price contract (preferred) also on charge up.
