2020 in Real Estate is going to be a great year having come off the cyclical decline we have experienced over the last 2 years off the 2017 peak in the property cycle. If you had your property appraised in the last 2 years the news may have been slightly glum. Now might be a good time to reevaluate your options for the new year.
