May Special INTRO OFFER - 4 Classes for $50!

Rebecca from ONFORM Pilates + Physio

We have a limited time intro offer for May - get 4 classes for $50, valid for 2 weeks.

It's a great way of jumping into our classes and finding out how great Pilates is at increasing your strength, helping you find muscles you didn't know you had, adding more movement to your life that can really help in the management and reduction of aches and pain.

If you have never done Pilates before - we have beginner classes. But our BEST recommendation is to take a private intro. We have 30 and 50 minute options. You'll learn so much about your body and movement in a 1:1 setting, and you'll be able to take this confidently int our classes.

The intro offer kicks off from your first class, so you have time to get yourself familiar with some private lessons, and still enjoy the benefit of this great offer.

We love to chat - so please feel free to call, email or DM us through Facebook.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
