Insulation Update for all Home Owners
With the insulation deadline of July 2019 approaching we encourage all Landlords to ensure your home is up to date with the correct requirements.
It is a legal requirement that we (as Property Managers) have an insulation statement on all tenancy agreements detailing the type, condition and R rating of underfloor and ceiling insulation.
Ensure you know the above information for your rental property and if not, we strongly advise you organise an assessment to obtain this information for your property.
Kind regards
