Apparently almost 2/3rd of CRITICALLY ILL Coronavirus patients are overweight, and having a BMI of over 40 makes you vulnerable due to weaker immune systems and weak lungs...

We are going to start turning the tables in your favour and use this opportunity to help you get fit and healthy..

We are doing free workouts at 10am daily on our facebook page @growingyounger
