Cleaning chemical recommendations please. Need help with sticky floor.

Can any one recommend a chemical cleaning product that is suitable to clean a sticky indoor concrete floor.
( concrete bar floor so alcohol residue and very sticky )
Have tried mopping with Handy Andy, Jiff, Jonola, dish liquid but none of these products have been able to remove the stickiness, I don’t want to waste money on products that don’t work so hoping someone might have knowledge / experience with a product that actually will work..
