Hi there, flatmate wanted urgently for large room in beautiful, secure villa in Herne Bay, $320 per week plus monthly Bill's. Responsible person working/studying full time preferred. Off street parking, large outdoor garden and courtyard, and three year old Cat. Two weeks bond plus one week in advance, move in February 2nd.
