Bring back the old days - Kingseat /Carrington

Sarnia from Auckland Central

We need to be proactive. Nip it in the bud. Do what works!!!!! We need to relieve police, courts, hospitals, prisons and reopen the time out / mental hospitals where it takes 2 family signatures and in you go. Yes you don't want to go in there. You made to take medications, food and to behave etc otherwise the restraints are used. Yes you lose your freedom for as long as it's needed. But you come out detoxed / safe and vowing not to go through that again until you on the straight and narrow. It worked for some of my family / extended family in the old days so i thoroughly recommend this system. Cruel to be kind etc. Our population has doubled so we need twice as many (like roads and housing).

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
