You can now pay to sleep in Eden Park

Andrea from Eden Terrace

It's Auckland's home of rugby and cricket, and now Eden Park can be your home for a night.
Airbnb has released a new glamping service which allows guests to spend the night in the stadium.
The new accommodation domes are available all year round, including match days.
The specially-designed domes are located in the north-eastern corner of the stadium and are fully furnished with high-tech appliances and ensuite bathrooms.
The future of Eden Park has been in doubt with councils, residents and sports teams battling over restrictions and costs, but the park's CEO, Nick Sautner, says the new glamping experience will add to the stadiums unique appeal.
"Eden Park is a strategic asset for New Zealand as well as a community asset for Auckland, and we look forward to providing unforgettable experiences around the clock," he said.
The cost of a night's accommodation, which includes a stadium tour, starts at $450.
