Temporary Rental off Ponsonby Rd (Dec)

Hi there,
My partner and I are visiting the States Dec 2 through Dec 21st, and while we’re gone would like to find someone to use our great home and location.
It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with an enclosed, pet-friendly yard, 3 minute walk to Ponsonby street. It’s a full standalone, single story home that is also kid friendly and has parking.

Pricing is negotiable. Please let me know if you or anyone you know might be interested in staying for part of the time.
