Jack came to me at the age of 82 with hip pain that was hindering his performance on the golf course.
We spent time working on muscular imbalances by strengthening the glutes and core muscles and stretching and mobilizing the legs and back.
We worked on functional everyday movements like sit to stands and improved balance and proprioception with single leg exercises.
Hip pain gone and improvements in accuracy and power on the green!
